Facebook has many features but one that it was missing until recently was the ability to conduct “real time” searches, but not anymore.  Facebook has joined the ranks of Twitter and developed a “real time” search tool.  Now you can search Facebook for whatever is hot and find out everyone’s opinion in “real time”. 

You can search “everyone” on Facebook or just your friends,  it’s up to you.  Facebook is hoping that users will begin to make more and more of their content public rather than sticking with their closed circle of friends.

Once you search you can narrow the results farther by filtering it by friend’s notes, wall posts  and links.  Helping you to narrow down the information after you search.
