Does Your Audience Trust You?

Your audience, it is made up of those who visit your blog or website and follow you on the different social media sites you are a part of, your audience may be big or it may be small. It makes no difference, but what does make a difference is this….“Do they trust you?” This is essential because in order for a member of your “audience” to become a client or customer they are going to have to “know you, like you and trust you”. This is a well known issue among business owners and something to strive for.

This is why building relationships is so important for business owners, as well as offering quality products and services, and providing A plus customer service are all necessities. Provide useful and valuable information on your blog, provide high quality products and services and always follow up, make contacts and build those relationships through the many streams that social media now offers. You won’t be sorry that you did and in the end you’ll end up with an audience that knows you, likes you and trusts you, which leads to an audience that refers others to you. It is just the way it works!

Dawn – great post. I recently had something similar in one of my newsletters on the KLT- Know, Like, Trust factor and even included it in the ebook I recently wrote about Leveraging YOUR Power through Twitter.

In my opinion the KLT factor is one of the most important factors that we all must keep in mind. In real life and in social media!

It is also my opinion that is sometimes why businesses do not succeed in getting a Return on their Invested time on Twitter or other social media platforms….because they are only investing their time in self-promotion and investing no time into building a relationship with people who could, at some point, become a buyer!

    Keep up the great posts!
