I am working on my posts while I’m away from home and visiting family from another state. I have been working with a new client and he provides similar services to myself, while I have been hired for the backend, behind the scenes support. So I have been listening in to his calls with clients and pulling the information necessary to do what needs to be done. It truly helps that I have a deep understanding of both Internet Marketing and Social Media, so I know that things that I need to pay attention to and I know the work that needs to be done.

As a virtual assistant this becomes so much more important in your line of work because you are hired to assistant your clients grow your business in some form or another. Everything we do is to help other businesses grow and expand. Are you putting in the time to understand your clients and how they work? This because mistaking clear when working within social media, if you are not communicating/connecting and understanding your client – how can you setup a profile that represents them and their business?
