Dawn’s View: Setting Goals

As I sit here this morning trying to figure out my blog posts for the week, I am thinking about the state of the union address and while I won’t share my political views I will say this: Are you addressing your business and making those long term decisions to best run your business?  Things such as networking, advertising, expansion, and budget should all be considered.

January is almost over have you setup your goals for this year, do you have a plan on how to better promote your business?  How can you help your business grow, while keeping expenses down?  Placing your plans and goals on paper will help you focus on the accomplishments you need to achieve this year in order for your business to thrive.  Invest a few moments in planning now, to give you the direction you need for the rest of the year.
