A little off topic for me, but I wanted to address the issue of staying positive, or putting on a “positive” face when sharing in the realm of social media. You want to remain as positive as you can when sharing via Twitter, Facebook and through other social media tools.
The truth is you don’t want to air your concerns or complaints all the time. That being said it ok to make a random negative comment, we’re all human, but the more negativity you share the more likely it will be that it can have a negative effect on how others view you and in turn your business.
Look for the silver lining and share that if you have to instead of sharing constant negativity. When sharing in the area of social media it is important that you share from a positive attitude that you would want to represent you and your business.
