I have two strands to my working life, one is very serious usually but never dull due to the clients I work with (young people with emotional and behavioural challenges.   The other strans is running with a colleague our training and business coaching enterprise.  At Avergo we actually have an unwritten policy on having fun.  &quot;If we are not having fun, find something else to do!!&quot;  It workis for us!</description>
