Staying in touch with your clients and customers is an important part of being a business owner. Maybe this is part of your business that you struggle with, the endless emails that always seem to clog your inbox and no time to get them answered. Why not offer your clients or customers alternative ways to communicate with you, possibly through mediums such as social networks or media sites such as Twitter or Facebook.
These multiple ways of communicating with your clients, whether you post a blanket tweet to inform them of a special or you set up a Facebook group and send out regular notifications either way you can take advantage of the ease of use of these sites and the ability to communicate quickly that it gives you and save yourself some time in the process. It is definitely worth giving a try right?
