It’s Like Playing That Old Game of Telephone

Using social media is a lot like playing that old game of telephone. You know the one, where one person whispers something into the next person’s ear, who whispers it into the next person’s ear and so on. Except there is one good thing about social media. Normally, it is told over and over correctly instead of the message getting garbled along the way. 
This is done through Retweets on Twitter, reposts and shares on Facebook and so on and so forth. The good thing about social media sharing is what it does for you and your business. There are various promotional ways that you can take advantage of social media.
These include:
Giveways. There is hardly any better way to get a buzz going than giving something away for F.REE. Giving something away is now seen as the number way of getting fans to recognize your brand.
BE you! In social media marketing you want the client or customer to get to know YOU. You want to show them your personality. Ultimately your hope is that they will get to KNOW you, LIKE you, and TRUST you so that they will in turn buy from you.
Sell with scarcity. You want to create the idea that the item is for a limited time. If you put a cap on the number of clients you will take on or the number of ebooks you will sell, you are creating the idea of scarcity which will encourage people to act upon your offer. It works!
