<description>Dawn - great post. I recently had something similar in one of my newsletters on the KLT- Know, Like, Trust factor and even included it in the ebook I recently wrote about Leveraging YOUR Power through Twitter.

In my opinion the KLT factor is one of the most important factors that we all must keep in mind. In real life and in social media!

It is also my opinion that is sometimes why businesses do not succeed in getting a Return on their Invested time on Twitter or other social media platforms....because they are only investing their time in self-promotion and investing no time into building a relationship with people who could, at some point, become a buyer!

Keep up the great posts!
