Preparing for my first working vacation since starting my business. It is truly a joy that I can bring my business with me! While some may say isn’t the point of being self employed that you can take a vacation from work and enjoy. Maybe…. While this isn’t truly a vacation about sitting down and relaxing and that is the benefit of being self employed that I can make the choice to either get my work done ahead of time or bring it with me and work as I go.  The valuable thing is that the choice is up to me.

One thing I hope to improve on during this working vacation is my scheduling – planning my day so I am only working a few hours in the am and a few hours at night and allowing myself sometime during the day to catch up on my reading.
